1. RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
(except for verified manufacturing defects or damage during shipping)
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

- Please contact us at support@uniroxtool.com before returning any item to confirm the correct return address.
- We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
- Do not return items directly to the original shipping address without contacting us first.
2. SHIPPING FEES
- Customer Responsibility:
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Our Responsibility:
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-refundable Fees:
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
- No Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
3. REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
